BP, one of the world's leading integrated oil and gas companies, engaged us to create a virtual world as host to a sales training programme.
Virtual sales training
For BP, we created a 3D virtual learning environment and games-based sales training programme. The main objective is to develop the salesperson’s ability to follow a value-sales process. In our Mason Hawk games-based learning programme, the player is placed in a number of different situations as a sales representative, with the goal to earn the right to progress through the various phases of an encounter with a potential customer – through to successful completion.
